Inventory Control
Whether your products need First-In-First-Out, First-Expired-First-Out, or Last-In-First-Out handling, we configure inventory rotation to match — not a generic default. Stock levels sync in real time across every channel, so you never oversell what you don't actually have.
Handheld Picking
The moment an order comes in, it's routed to a picker's handheld device — no waiting for a batch cutoff. Barcode scanning at every pick confirms the right item leaves the shelf, catching errors before they ever reach a customer's doorstep.
Kitting & Packing
Multi-item orders get assembled and kitted to spec, labeled correctly for the destination marketplace or courier, and packed to survive transit — not just fit in a box. Whatever value-added prep an order needs happens here, before it ever leaves the facility.
Dispatch & Returns
Packed orders are handed off to the right last-mile partner based on destination and service level, with tracking active from the moment they leave. When a return comes back, it re-enters the same system — not a separate process you have to chase down.
