Onboarding & Planning

Inbound & Storage
Incoming stock is checked against your purchase order, verified unit by unit, and shelved in a location our system tracks precisely. Nothing sits in an unlogged corner of the warehouse — every item is accounted for the moment it crosses the dock.
Order Fulfilment & Packing
Orders are picked against live inventory, packed to the right specification, and quality-checked before they're staged for dispatch. A second check at this stage catches errors while they're still cheap to fix — not after a customer has already opened the box.
Dispatch
Each shipment is matched to the carrier best suited for that specific route and service level — not whichever truck happens to be available. Dispatch is coordinated with real-time load planning, so nothing leaves the warehouse without a confirmed destination and ETA.
Tracking
You get live visibility into where a shipment actually is, not just a static tracking number that updates once a day. If something's delayed, you find out from our dashboard — not from a customer complaint.
Returns Management
Returns flow back through the same system that handled the original shipment, not a separate, disconnected process. Every returned item is inspected, graded, and either restocked or flagged for disposal — tracked with the same discipline as an outbound order.
